So, I found It's-It at the store last night. I've been looking for them here for nearly 6 years now. In case you've never heard of them, It's-It

Snack
1/2 It's-It sandwich(120 calories, 9g fat, .5 g fiber)
13 almonds
1 hard boiled egg

Dinner
1 hard boiled egg
1 large mandarin
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 cup applesauce
1 cup rice
1 pumpernickel roll

  2. When I went through the line last night, the checker said, "What are these? I've never seen them before, didn't even know we had them."
    They are evil little delicious things...

    I took a picture of the scale today. I have officially reversed 6 years of weight gain. Save for a brief period in December when I had pneumonia, I last weighed 310 lbs in early 2004.

  3. Congrats Byron on your lose and the reversal. It always feels great when we have an accomplishment, whether large or small. Glad you found something that you have been searching for. I have never heard of them but the next time I am south of the border I will definitely look for them.
