Lunch
2 slices wheat bread
1/2 cup salsa
4 oz turkey breast
13 tortilla chips

snack
1 medium banana
1 large apple

dinner
2 cups white rice
2 cups Sweet and Sour sausage

Barbell pushups, 2 sets of 10
4 sets of stairs
