Sinus infection...

Typical for me this time of year, but the first I've had in a long time. I've not been keeping up on my nasal rinsing like I should during pollen season, and this is what I get as a result. Oh well.

Breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar/stevia
1 oz cheddar
1 oz salami

lunch
2 cups sweet and sour sausage
2 cups rice

snack
2 slices cinnamon toast

dinner
2 cups sweet and sour sausage
2 cups rice
12 oz Moroccan mint green tea

  2. I'm with Tina, great news about the pants. Isn't funny the things when get excited about when one of us has a great moment. Sometimes the weight doesn't change due to building of muscle and that is obviously what is happening for you. You are doing awesome!!!!
