breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar/stevia
2 slices whole wheat
4 oz ham
15 tortilla chips
1/2 cup salsa
1 large apple

snack
4 oz beef jerky
11 crows(licorice flavored gumdrops)
1 large apple

lunch
2 slices whole wheat
1 slice swiss
5 oz ham
5 tortilla chips
3 hours at the park

Dinner
2 oz beef jerky
1/3 cup dried cranberries
1 cup honey almond cereal
3/4 cup yogurt
