Breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar/stevia
1 cup rice
2 cups sweet and sour sausage

Lunch
Strawberry-blueberry smoothie:
-1/4 cup frozen blueberries
-1 scoop Body Fortress protein power(110 calories,1.5 gram fat)
-Myoplex Lite Strawberry Meal Replacement Shake( 190 calories, 1.5 gram fat)
-10 oz whole milk(dishwasher was running, couldn't get water)

Dinner
1 flour tortilla
2 oz cheddar/jack cheese
