Breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar/stevia
1 met rx bar
1 small apple

lunch
2 slices whole wheat
4 oz ham
15 tortilla chips
1/2 cup salsa
1 large apple
20 oz iced coffee(actually only 8 oz coffee, the rest is ice.)stevia

dinner
4 cups white chicken chili
1 small apple
