Breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar/stevia
1 small apple

2.25 miles/50 minutes

snack
fruit/nut/granola bar
1 small apple
1 medium banana

lunch
2 flour tortillas
1 cup texas chicken soup
3 oz ground turkey
1 oz cheddar

No dinner.

  2. Not as great as I could hope. I ended up not eating dinner last night. Daughter was feeling out of sorts and didn't want to eat, so we ended up just hanging out, drawing and watching tv for a bit. She fell asleep pretty early, and I did not want to eat that late.
