Breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar

Lunch
2 slices double fiber wheat bread
4 oz turkey breast
1.5 cup black beans and rice
4 oz ground turkey

snack
cheese quesadilla

Dinner
1 half slice wheat bread
1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1/2 Tbsp Grape Jelly
(Daughter did not finish her sandwich, and I have been denying my self PB for a month now. I decided to not waste it, and stop myself from eating 2 or three whole sandwiches by indulging a bit)
2 polish sausages
1 cup salad with raspberry vinagerette

  2. Good job on the loss. That's awesome you've lost inches too! Sometimes that matters more then what the scale says :) and that's just since February? Nice!

  3. Thanks. I was pretty stressed earlier this week with the temporary gain. Tried to get in some more exercise and stopped the nasal allergy medicine, and that seems to have made the difference. Seeing the inches change each week has been helpful. I didn't track that last year while on weight watchers. It has really helped keep away the diet blues.

Tina, I started WW February 15th, so a little over a month now. I started the hundred pushups/two hundred situps programs around the same time, and I credit them with a lot of the change. If any of you are looking for just a little bit of exercise that makes a difference, I highly recommend them.

  4. I just read through the 200 situps plan :) I think it's actually a great idea! I already do crunches anyway, and now I see that by "sit-ups" they mean the same thing as how I do crunches! I'm going to try it out! Going to do my "initial test" this weekend :) and start the sit ups Monday. Thanks!
