Another day, hopefully another pound less....

Breakfast
12 oz coffee with raw sugar

Lunch
1 ham sandwich(2 slices wheat bread, 4 oz ham)
1 cup carrots
a large mandarin

Early dinner
1 turkey sandwich(2 slices wheat bread, 4 oz turkey)
1 cup pretzel sticks

Dinnertime snack
1/2 cup salsa
15 tortilla chips.

Supper
carb free sandwich:
4 leaves green lettuce
1 oz sharp cheddar
4 oz turkey breast
2 oz ham
1 apple, medium

  1. Hey Byron, I have to convince you to eat breakfast for sure. You will feel so much better and your day will go better too. I know I can't make you but figure if I pester you enough you'll try it just to shut me up ...lol. Also, like Tina I would like to see less carbs and more fruit and veggies. We have to think life style change here cuz once we lose it we will need to maintain it and that means learning to eat properly all the time. Glad you posted what you did and it counts as a post. I understand the late thing as I had a meeting tonight as well. Good job!!!!

  2. Oh, believe me, I have cut WAYYYY back on carbs, and am continuing to do so. Compared to how I used to eat, this is so much better. Still working on it. For me, it isn't so much the chips that I want anymore, it's the salsa. Gotta fins something else to eat salsa with. Jicama, maybe.
