Not sure quite what I did to account for that loss. I have noticed, the last couple of days, that I am just not as hungry, and I have been more active than usual. So maybe, just maybe, my body is finally accepting the idea of losing the weight again....

Breakfast this morning was coffee with real cream and sugar. All through my previous weight loss, I allowed myself one cup that way every morning...seems like a good tradition. Just didn't feel like eating this morning, which is good, really. That's how I have always been, when I am healthy, and when I was losing weight before...For lunch, it's a cabbage/sausage/carrot thingy...

Ok, here's lunch...
